• New Shipping Capabilities
  
  • Custom return addresses can now be specified via the API. This overrides the label text and can be used to improve branding visibility.
  • More packaging types are now available for USPS and FedEx shipments (i.e., flat rate boxes & envelopes)
  • Customers can now generate a return label for a single package that is in a "pre-transit" state.
  • The process for downloading large label batches was optimized, allowing for larger batches and improved download times

• • Shipments to Palau now automatically include the required customs forms for USPS.
  • Rate shopping now automatically excludes carriers and service levels that cannot deliver to military addresses.
  • API logic was updated to improve UPS rate reliability, especially when managing a high volume of requests.

• • Resolved a discrepancy between daily label stats and daily charge stats.
  • Resolved an issue where direct UPS account connections were shown incorrectly as unauthorized.
  • Fixed an error preventing FedEx/UPS connections from being created under brand or partner-owned accounts.
  • Fixed a label printing error for DHL eCommerce International Standard shipments related to duty prepayment.
  • Corrected a rating issue with UPS SurePost, affecting shipments less than a pound.
  • Fixed an export documentation issue causing FedEx to reject international labels to Hong Kong.
  • Fixed an issue preventing CSV files from being imported for batch processing.
  • Fixed a hazmat validation issue where packages with multiple UN numbers were being incorrectly blocked (up to 3 are allowed).
  • Improved a misleading rate message for UPS SurePost when using a bring-your-own-carrier EasyPost account.
