New Features & Enhancements

• Multi-Piece Shipment Support
  The platform now supports multi-piece shipments, with unique package numbers printed on each label so carriers and recipients can easily identify and track every piece within a larger shipment.
• OnTrac Carrier — BYOC Support
  OnTrac is now available as a carrier in the platform, with full Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) account support across both UI and API workflows.
• Shipment History Search Improvements
  You can now search the Shipment History table and the Home Page “Find a Shipment” field by Carrier Tracking Number or Shopping Cart Order ID, making it easier to quickly locate specific shipments in high-volume accounts.
• Date Delivered Column in Shipment History
  A new Date Delivered column has been added to the Shipment History table, giving operators a faster snapshot of transit performance without needing to open individual shipment records.
• Rate Quote Saved Per Package in Multi-Package Shipments
  The shipping quote for each package in a multi-package shipment is now saved in the Shipment Details UI for better cost visibility and audits.
• Exclude Markup from Rate Shop
  A new setting lets operators exclude markup during rate shopping so the system selects the best base rate without markup skewing carrier choice.
• Logiwa Native: End of Day
  Logiwa native integration users can now trigger End of Day processing natively in Logiwa, closing out daily shipment batches within the existing Logiwa workflow.
• Quick Quote UI Updates
  The Quick Quote experience has been refreshed with usability improvements for faster, more accurate rate comparisons.
• Updated Distribution Dashboard
  The Distribution Dashboard has been updated to a new design with a refreshed layout and improved data presentation.

Bug Fixes

• GLS Rating Fixes
  Resolved incorrect zone lookups and "zone not found" errors on GLS Ground shipments affecting certain origin-to-destination pairs.
• DHL eCommerce Fixes
  Fixed DHL eCommerce manifest failures with inconsistent results, and corrected fuel surcharge calculation to be applied per pound as intended.
• Amazon Rate Fix
  Resolved missing DAS/RAS surcharges on Amazon rates for certain ship-to addresses.
• DAP/DDU Shipment Estimate Fix
  Corrected an issue where DAP/DDU international shipments were incorrectly displaying a DDP cost estimate.
• Time in Transit Display Fix
  Resolved a bug where the Time in Transit field reverted to "unknown days" after a label was printed on the shipping page.
• Billing Report Download Fix
  Fixed an issue preventing report downloads when using the CX tenant switcher in the billing module.
