March 20, 2026 - Release Notes
This release adds SpeedX as a new carrier with full rating, labeling, manifesting, and tracking support. It also introduces enhanced return label workflows with partial and incremental returns and expands hazmat shipping to OSM. Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) capability is now available in the platform so users can add their own carrier accounts to iDrive.
New Features & Enhancements
- SpeedX Carrier Integration
SpeedX is now fully integrated as a carrier within iDrive, allowing you to rate shop, create shipping labels, manifest shipments, and receive real-time tracking updates via webhooks. - Enhanced Return Labels
The return label workflow now supports partial and incremental returns with a new SKU selection modal for choosing specific items and quantities. You can create multiple returns per shipment while quantities remain. - OSM Hazmat Support
OSM hazmat shipments are now supported, expanding iDrive's hazmat carrier choices to include OSM alongside USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac. - BYOC Edit Markup
iDrive TMS now supports a Bring-Your-Own-Carrier account flow. When you edit BYOC markups, a confirmation modal appears on save, and if a shipment is rated before the new markup takes effect, the table shows both “Current Markup %” and “Pending Markup %” with a notification for clarity. - Package-Level Rate Quotes
Individual package rates are now shown for multi-package shipments, and any weight or dimension changes automatically trigger real-time re-rating and per-package cost updates.
Bug Fixes
- Improved Rating Accuracy for Overweight/Oversized Packages
When dimensional weight exceeds the carrier's weight limit, the rate service now correctly applies a per-pound calculation rather than failing to return a rate. - Batch Import with Mapping Presets
Resolved an issue where importing orders in Batch mode would fail when a mapping preset was applied. Batch imports with presets now complete successfully. - Client Invoices Markup Display
Client Invoices now correctly display marked-up values in amounts and itemizations, rather than showing the same base values as My Bills. - ShipStation Item Quantity Accuracy
Fixed a bug where ShipStation orders with multiple items of the same SKU were only showing a quantity of 1. Bundle items with duplicate SKUs now correctly reflect the actual item count.
