June 4, 2026 - Release Notes

This release brings significant direct carrier coverage expansion - including OnTrac and UPS alongside ShipStation custom field improvements, and a number of stability and display fixes.

New Features & Enhancements

  • OnTrac Integration
    OnTrac is now available as a direct carrier in iDrive TMS. You can rate shop domestic Ground, create and void single or multi-package labels, view tracking numbers with direct links, and use your own negotiated OnTrac account (BYOC).
  • UPS Integration
    UPS is now available as a direct carrier in iDrive TMS. You can rate shop, generate labels, and track shipments, including support for UPS Ground Saver for lightweight residential deliveries with USPS final-mile service.
  • ShipStation Custom Fields on Labels
    Custom fields from ShipStation orders (Custom 1, 2, and 3) now map into iDrive TMS and can appear on shipping labels, helping teams reference PO numbers, notes, and other key data.
  • BYOC GLS Rating
    Users with their own GLS carrier accounts can now retrieve live rates through the iDrive TMS API, using their negotiated pricing alongside other connected carriers.

Bug Fixes

  • Carrier Integrations
    Resolved several issues affecting UPS label size, UPS Direct multi-package sequencing, and OnTrac Direct rate requests.
  • Rating Accuracy
    Resolved an issue where signature confirmation surcharges were not applied to specific FedEx and USPS services (FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2 Day, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Express Mail). Signature options on these services now correctly include the associated charges in rate responses.
  • Shipment History
    Resolved pagination errors that previously caused application failures and 500 responses when navigating certain pages in large shipment histories; paginated views are now stable across all ranges.
  • UI & Display
    Fixed several UI issues: the Reprint Label button now shows proper loading and confirmation, the Overview page reloads correctly between warehouses, markup can be added in the TMS UI, and the login contact header now points to your Customer Experience representative.
  • Billing & Invoicing
    Resolved an issue where amount values in the PLD CSV for 3PL monthly bills were wrapped in quotation marks (e.g., "2.08"), improving compatibility with spreadsheets and downstream systems.
