June 30, 2026 - Release Notes
This release improves USPS rating accuracy, label and return address reliability, and the clarity of filtering and billing displays. It also adds automatic USPS label refunds and simplifies carrier account troubleshooting.
New Features & Enhancements
- Automatic USPS Label Refunds
Unused USPS labels are now automatically detected and submitted for a refund 21–26 days after creation, so you no longer need to track or request these manually. Exclusions include First Class Mail, Media Mail, Library Mail, labels that have been scanned, and labels past their 30‑day expiration window.
Bug Fixes
- Rating Accuracy
Resolved USPS rating issues so dimensional weight, rounding, and near-1 lb cubic rates now align more closely with final carrier billing. - Carrier Integrations
Fixed GLS ZPL label generation, corrected an “undefined” USPS contract display, and resolved a customs form issue blocking USPS labels for APO/FPO/DPO addresses. - Label & Return Address Accuracy
Resolved an issue causing incorrect return address names on some labels and ensured empty ship-from names now default to the shipment’s company name. - Billing & Invoicing
Resolved a display issue where the Billing Overview date filter dropdown obscured the filter button, and updated Client Markup so removed brands are hidden instead of appearing as “Unknown.” - Shipment History & Filtering
Improved filtering reliability on the Shipment History screen, including the ability to filter by multiple service levels at the same time. - TMS & WMS Sync
Resolved an issue that prevented tracking numbers and order updates from syncing back to the warehouse management system after shipments were processed.
