New Features & Enhancements

Bring-Your-Own OnTrac Rating
Users with their own OnTrac account can now pull live negotiated rates, with standard ZIP restrictions and clear errors for unsupported lanes.
Redesigned Multi-Carrier Manifests Page
The Manifests page has been redesigned and lets you generate and download end-of-day manifests for multiple carriers, including SpeedX and USPS, from one place while preserving existing workflows.
Automatic Address Normalization
Ship-to addresses are now automatically validated and cleaned before label requests, reducing failed labels. If an address cannot be validated, you receive a clear error and the label response shows both the original and normalized addresses.
Amazon Ground Hazmat Coverage
Amazon Ground shipments containing hazmat items now use the dedicated Amazon Ground Hazmat coverage chart for zone lookup and rating, so hazmat shipments are rated correctly and unsupported destinations return an appropriate no-rate response.
USPS Address Handling Option
Added an option to bypass address validation when the USPS databse is missing a valid address.

Bug Fixes

Rating Accuracy
Resolved multiple issues that caused incorrect shipment weights. USPS now applies dimensional weight and rounding correctly, sub‑pound SpeedX, DHL eCommerce, and Amazon shipments use ounce-tier rates, DHL boundary weights return valid quotes, and GLS rates now return for bring-your-own accounts.
Label Generation
Resolved several label issues for UPS and OnTrac. UPS multi-package shipments now show the correct package sequence (for example, “1 of 3”), large multi-package and high-volume parallel label requests process reliably without errors or timeouts, and UPS PNG and OnTrac ZPL labels print in the correct orientation. OnTrac label requests now respect the requested format (PDF or ZPL) and clearly reject unsupported formats.
Tracking & Status
Corrected the OnTrac tracking URL returned in API responses so it links to a working tracking page instead of a "page not found" error.
Partner Integrations
Fixed misclassified Extensiv rate-limit responses so rate-limited requests now retry with backoff and orders sync reliably.
UI & Display
Fixed the Manifests page date range filter so changing the timeframe now correctly limits the manifests shown.

This release adds BYOC OnTrac rating and a redesigned multi-carrier Manifests page. It also introduces automatic address normalization on label requests and delivers a broad set of rating-accuracy fixes across USPS, DHL eCommerce, Amazon, and SpeedX.
