February 20, 2026 - Release Notes

This release launches a native integration with Logiwa for streamlined rate shopping and label generation, expands hazmat support to OnTrac, and adds several usability enhancements including custom label messaging and earlier return label availability. Rating accuracy has also been improved across multiple carriers.

New Features & Enhancements

  • Logiwa Native Integration
    Logiwa users can now rate shop and print labels with iDrive rates directly within the Logiwa platform.

  • OnTrac Hazmat Support
    OnTrac shipments now support dangerous goods (hazmat), extending your hazmat shipping options beyond existing USPS, UPS, and FedEx capabilities.

  • Updated Overview Dashboard
    Redesigned the Overview Dashboard with a refreshed layout and ongoing refinements to enhance usability and clarify key performance data.

  • Custom Label Messaging
    You can now add a custom message to shipping labels so order references or handling instructions print directly on the label.

  • Residential Toggle on Quick Quote
    Added a residential/commercial toggle to the Quick Quote calculator, enabling accurate rate comparisons by address type without requiring a full shipment submission.

  • Return Label Availability
    The "Create Return" button is now enabled as soon as a shipment reaches "In Transit" status, so return labels can be generated earlier in the delivery lifecycle.

  • ShipStation Sales Channel Notifications
    When a shipment is posted back to ShipStation, the system now defaults to notifying the sales channel, keeping downstream platforms like Shopify automatically updated with tracking information.

Bug Fixes

  • Improved Rating Accuracy Across Carriers
    Resolved multiple surcharge and rating issues across carriers — including missing Additional Handling and Delivery Area Surcharges on FedEx, missing surcharges on UPS, USPS, GLS, and Amazon rates, DHL eCommerce Ground and Expedited rating failures, incorrect UPS 2nd Day Air zone lookups, and carrier rounding logic corrections. Rates now reflect more complete and accurate pricing.

  • Dashboard & UI Improvements
    Fixed date filter slowness on dashboards, restored the download button on the Shipping Detail Report, resolved missing pagination on the Markup table, corrected iDrive account visibility in Markups, and improved API documentation.
