February 6, 2026 - Release Notes
This release adds enhanced carrier performance monitoring with live sync status and optimized residential address defaults. It also improves rating accuracy across UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
New Features & Enhancements
- Live Sync Status Indicators
Updated the Home, Carrier Performance, and Insights dashboards to show the last sync timestamp, improving visibility into data freshness across your shipping analytics and making it clear when the most recent updates were applied. - Residential Address Default
Set the default address type to "Residential" to better match common shipment profiles and reduce misratings on residential deliveries. - Shipping Detail Report
Renamed the "Package Level Detail" download on the Carrier Performance page to "Shipping Detail Report" to make the export easier to identify and understand for end users.
Bug Fixes
- Improved Rating Accuracy
Resolved multiple rating discrepancies, including UPS International zone lookups, FedEx additional handling charges, USPS weight rounding, and Amazon dimension rounding, to deliver consistent, accurate pricing across all carriers. - Shipment Status Accuracy
Resolved an issue where delivered shipments were remaining in PRE_TRANSIT, IN_TRANSIT, or OUT_FOR_DELIVERY, so tracking now reliably updates to the correct final delivery status. - Data Export & Display
Corrected the 3PL column so it now exports accurately in shipment history CSV files, fixed shipment search redirects that were causing 404 errors, and resolved column display issues in the shipment history table. - Label Formatting
Resolved ZPL address double escape issues that affected label printing quality and readability. - Billing & Invoicing
Fixed a 500 error on the legacy billing client invoices page to restore access to historical billing data.
