August 11, 2026 - Release Notes

This release introduces configurable rate shop composition so tenants can control which charges appear in quoted rates. It also brings a refreshed side navigation with an integrated tenant switcher for admin users, a new Label Created timestamp in Shipment History, and a broad set of fixes across rating, carrier integrations, filtering, and error messaging.

New Features & Enhancements

    • Hazmat Rate Accuracy for Mixed Classes
      Amazon Shipping Ground is excluded from rate results for packages containing multiple hazmat classes, preventing carrier label failures. Packages with multiple UN numbers in one class continue to rate normally.
    • EU Customs Compliance for Low-Value B2C Shipments
      Added support for new EU customs requirements following removal of the €150 de minimis threshold across UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express, including line-item product IDs, B2B/B2C shipment flags, IOSS holder details, and commercial invoice identifiers.
    • Configurable Rate Shop Composition
      Tenants can choose whether rate shop responses include fully landed cost, freight plus fuel, or base freight. Existing tenants default to fully landed cost; contact your iDrive account representative to change this setting.
    • Label Created Timestamp
      Shipment History now includes a sortable, optional Label Created column showing when labels were first printed.
    • Refreshed Navigation & Tenant Switcher
      The redesigned side navigation now includes a searchable tenant switcher for iDrive admin users, replacing the impersonation banner and separate Switch Tenant option.
    • PO Box Carrier Coverage
      Rate shops and labels for PO Boxes now show only deliverable services: USPS, Amazon, DHL eCommerce, FedEx Ground Economy, and OSM. Non-PO Box behavior is unchanged.
    • DHL eCommerce Commercial Invoice
      International DHL eCommerce shipments now include a populated commercial invoice URL with shipment, customs, and line-item details.
    • Address Validation Override for API Callers
      The Label API now supports the optional `overrideAddressValidation` parameter, allowing labels for flagged but likely deliverable addresses to be created with a warning instead of an error. Omitting the parameter preserves the default behavior, and each override is recorded for reporting.
    • Improved USPS Label Reliability
      USPS label purchases now ignore malformed or placeholder ship-to and ship-from phone numbers, preventing failures.
    • FedEx International Connect Plus
      The FedEx International Connect Plus service level is now enabled, allowing rates and labels to be generated for this service on international FedEx Direct shipments.

    Bug Fixes

    • Rating Accuracy
      DHL eCommerce rates now reflect package options, including Signature charges for Parcel Plus Expedited Max and Additional Handling across supported v2.0 services. Rating and label validation are now consistent, with clear errors for unsupported options.
    • Carrier Integrations
      USPS manifests no longer fail when batches include voided labels. Fixed an issue preventing label purchases on affected BYOC UPS accounts.
    • Error Messaging
      Improved error messaging for invalid state or ZIP values, oversized package dimensions, and Amazon delivery-coverage failures, with clear, accurate explanations.
    • Returns
      Fixed an issue where creating a return label displayed a generic system error even though the return label was successfully created, which led users to retry and generate duplicate returns and duplicate carrier charges. The interface now correctly reflects a successful return creation.
    • Shipment History
      Filter selections are now retained when you open a shipment and return to the list, and filtering by Client now correctly returns all matching shipments instead of an empty result. Other filter types are unaffected.
    • UI & Display
      Updated the Total row styling on the Economy Ground, Expedited, and Express cards in Carrier Performance, including alignment, spacing, and text color. Amounts on the Home Page Invoices tile now display thousands separators and retain the dollar sign above $1M. Shipment Status tags in Shipment History have refreshed colors, including the previously uncolored Held for Pickup status.
    • Webhooks
      Improved outbound webhook reliability with versioned envelopes, detailed delivery logs, better retries and backoff, retained history after removal, and dedicated events for auto-disabled subscriptions.
